After graduating, DeYoung began her coaching career in 2016, coaching the NJ Pride Travel Softball Club, which she still continues to lead. As well as assistant coaching at New Paltz, DeYoung also is the current Physical Education and Health teacher at Memorial Middle School in Woodland Park, NJ.
