2023-24: Third-Team All-SUNYAC after helping the Hawks to a second-place finish in the 400-mdely relay, while also helping the team to a third-place standing in the 800-freestyle relay at the SUNYAC Championships… placed fourth overall in the 1,650-yard freestyle with a time of 16:40.16 at the SUNYAC Championships… secured two sixth place finishes in the 500-yard freestyle (4:46.13) and 200-yard freestyle (1:44.61) at the SUNYAC Championships, setting a personal best time in the latter… tallied two first place finishes throughout the year, which came against Skidmore Nov. 18 in the 200-free (1:49.15) and against Adelphi Nov. 3 in the 500-free (5:03.70)… earned a spot on the SUNYAC Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll… landed on the Hawks Academic Honor Roll for the fall 2023 semester.

2022-23: Earned All-SUNYAC Third Team honors…placed third in 1650 freestyle (16:47.19), fifth in 500 freestyle (4:43.40), seventh in 200 freestyle (1:45.43), member of 400 medley relay (3rd), 400 freestyle relay (4th), 800 freestyle relay (4th) at SUNYAC Championships…first place finishes in 200 freestyle (Skidmore/Bard, Oneonta), 200m freestyle (Baruch/Sarah Lawrence), 500 freestyle (Adelphi, Skidmore/Bard, Cortland/Buffalo State, Oneonta)...second place finishes in 200 freestyle (USMMA, Adelphi), 500 freestyle (Vassar), 1000 freestyle (Vassar, Cortland/Buffalo State)...at TCNJ Invitational, placed seventh in 1650 freestyle, 13th in 500 freestyle, 14th in 200 freestyle, member of 400 freestyle relay (9th), 800 freestyle relay (9th), 400 medley relay (12th)...recorded season bests: 200 freestyle (1:45.11), 500 freestyle (4:43.40), 1650 freestyle (16:47.19)...earned spot on 2023 SUNYAC Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll.

High School Accolades: County Qualifier (2019-2022)... State Qualifier (2022).

Personal: From Port Jefferson Station, NY… graduated from Mount Sinai High School in 2022… enjoys chess, bike riding, and running… son of Graceann and Pasquale Valvalle.
