2023-24: Set personal-best times in the 50-yard freestyle (24.58), 500-yard freestyle (5:40.79), 1,000-yard freestyle (12:09.58), 1,650-yard freestyle (20:15.89), 50-yard backstroke (29.93) and 100-yard backstroke (1:03.40) at the SUNYAC Championships… set personal best times in the 200-yard freestyle (2:03.25) and 200-yard backstroke (2:21.19) at the TNCJ Invitational… had top-five finishes against Skidmore Nov. 18 in the 100-free (fifth) and 1,000-free (fifth), against Adelphi Nov. 3 in the 1,000-free (fourth) and against Union Oct. 28 in the 1,000-free (fifth).

2022-23: Placed third in 100m backstroke (Baruch/Sarah Lawrence)... at TCNJ Invitational, finished 16th in 1650 freestyle…personal bests: 50 backstroke (:30.76), 500 freestyle (5:54.95), 1000 freestyle (12:50.69), 100 backstroke (1:07.36), 50 freestyle (:26.67), 100 freestyle (:59.08).

High School Accolades: Unsung Hero Award (volleyball – 2019)… All-Conference volleyball (2021)… All-Conference tennis (2019).
 
Personal: From Lynbrook, NY… graduated from Valley Stream South High School in 2022… son of Agnieszka Nowak-Trzcinski and Jaroslaw Trzcinski.
