  • Title
    Assistant Women's Basketball Coach
Paden entered her first year as the SUNY New Paltz women's basketball assistant coach during the 2019-2020 season.

After earning her Associate of Arts Degree in 2011 from Duchess Community College, Paden continued her studies at Mount Saint Mary College, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Special Education. Paden then went on to further her education, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Education from Empire State College, during which she also became certified as a National Council on Strength and Fitness personal trainer.

Prior to her start at SUNY New Paltz, Paden coached at Hyde Park Central School District. She started in 2014 as the junior varsity girls basketball coach. She was at the helm for four years before taking the position as varsity head coach. During the 2018-2019 season, Paden led her team to the program's first ever Mid-Hudson Athletic League (MHAL) Championship and first Section 9 title in 32 years. Paden finished her first varsity season by also being recognized as the Poughkeepsie Journal and  MHAL Coach of the Year.
