2008-2009: Kristen was out all of last season due to a tear in her ACL. 2007-2008: appeared in 27 games...averaged 10.3 points, 2.4 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.1 steals per game...scored in double figures in 16 of the 27 games...tied her career high in points with 17 in a double overtime loss to Oneonta...tallied 11 points, two assists, one blocked shot and two steals in a win over CSI...recorded 15 points against Hartwick and Plattsburgh...recorded a career high five steals and 11 points against Cortland...tallied 13 points and four steals in a loss to Brockport in the semi-finals of the SUNYAC tournament. Coach Seward named her the team Defensive Player of the Year. 2006-2007: appeared in 27 games...averaged 2.9 points, 1.7 rebounds, 0.6 assists and 0.8 steals per game...scored 17 points, had three steals and four assists against Buffalo State...tallied nine points, two steals and three rebounds against Vassar College...tallied seven points and two steals against The City College of New York and Oswego State. Personal: Kristen is a 2006 graduate of Saint Joseph Hill Academy in Staten Island, New York. She earned team MVP awards in soccer and basketball in high school. She is the daughter of Wallace and Donna Caban. She has two brothers and is majoring in communication disorders.
