2018: Opened up the season placing 28th overall at the Vassar Season Starter and 32nd overall at the Ron Stonitsch Invitational… clocked in with times of 26:56.2, 25:53.1 and 24:15 at the Bill Fritz, Paul Short and Connecticut College Invite, respectively… placed 59th overall at the SUNYAC Championship meet with a time of 28:14.8… finished the season at the NCAA Regional meet with a time of 25:24.6, placing 130th overall.
2017: Engrassia opened up the season with a 23
rd overall standing at the Vassar College XC Opener, finishing with a time of 12 minutes, 1.4 seconds. She then placed 44
th at the Ron Stonitsch Vassar Invitational, crossing in a time of 20:55.9. On the 5K courses at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational and Saratoga Invitational, Engrassia clocked in with times of 20:02.3 and 19:01 to garner 77
th and 47
th place standings, respectively. She placed 130
th overall with a time of 25:27.7 before helping the Hawks earn a program best third-place team standing at the SUNYAC Championship meet, where she finished 33
rd overall with a time of 24:48.5. She concluded her season with a time of 24:24, finishing 108
th overall at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Region Championships to help SUNY New Paltz to a program-best 10th place team standing. Engrassia also earned a spot on the SUNYAC Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll.
2016: Placed 59
th of 113 at the SUNYAC Championships (24:30.1)… Ran a season-best 6k time of 23:27.2 at the NCAA Regional Championships (123

th of 197)… Completed the Vassar Season Opener in a time of 11:44.9 (ninth of 31).
