2012: SUNYAC All-Academic Team member… SUNYAC Commissioner’s List member… Finished 9th out of 39 runners in the 4K (16:27) at the New Paltz Invitational to open the season… Placed 20th out of 97 in the 5K (20:13.92) at the Vassar Invitational… Finished with a time of 25:39.1 at the Rochester Invitational 6K, good for 237th out of 360… Ran a 19:14.14 in the 3.04-mile race at the Saratoga Invitational to finish 46th out of 172… At the Connecticut College Invitational 6K, she finished 69th out of 244 with a time of 23:59… Finished 36th out of 130 harriers at the SUNYAC Championships with a 6K time of 25:16.78.

2011: Finished sixth out of 121 runners in the 5K at the season-opening Vassar Invitational, turning in a time of 20:33… Placed seventh in a 62-person field at the New Paltz Invitational… Navigated the 6K course in 24:38 at the Brooks Paul Short Run… Crossed 13th overall (out of 141) in the 5K at the Hamilton Invitational (19:51.6)… Boasted a 49th-place finish in the 6K at the Connecticut College Invitational, clocking a season-best 24:06… Covered the 6K in 24:36.60 at the SUNYAC Championships, which was good for 34th out of 122 harriers… Closed out her season with a 102nd-place finish (out of 256) in the 6K at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championships.

2010: SUNYAC Commissioner’s List and All-Academic Team member… Placed eighth out of 99 competitors in the 5K at the Vassar Invitational, clocking a 20:32… Crossed sixth out of 134 runners in the 5K at the Bard Invitational, charting a time of 21:04… Finished seventh out of 68 harriers in the 4K at the Stevens Invitational (15:19.37)… Covered the 6K at the Paul Short Invitational in a season-best 24:03, taking 38th out of a field of 280 competitors… Navigated the 5K course in a season-best 19:45.3 at the UAlbany Invitational, placing 67th out of 177 runners… Posted a time of 25:04.17 in the 6K at the SUNYAC Championships, finishing 45th out of 115 harriers… Took 88th out of 236 competitors in the 6K at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championships (24:38.0).

2009: SUNYAC All-Academic Team member… Finished eighth in the 5K against Mount St. Mary (21:28)… Took 20th out of 86 runners at the Vassar Invitational, turning in a 5K time of 22:19… Covered the 5K in 22:34 at the Bard Invitational, placing 24th out of 119… Placed 72nd in the 6K at the SUNYAC Championships (27:28.23)… Posted her season-best 6K time at the ECAC Championships (27:08.3).

Prior to NP: 2009 graduate of Berne-Knox-Westerlo High School. Named Cross Country MVP... Went to States in 2009 for cross country...Top-10 graduate in high school.
