2012: USTFCCCA All-Region… 2012 Addition to SUNYAC Hall of Fame… First Team All-SUNYAC… SUNYAC Cross Country Female Runner of the Week for the week ending Oct. 8, 2012… Finished first out of 39 runners in the 4K (15:30) at the New Paltz Invitational to open the season… Finished with a time of 22:29.5 at the Rochester Invitational 6K, good for 20th out of 360… Took 36th out of 342 in the 6K (22:58) at the Brooks Paul Short Run… Ran a 17:47.62 in the 3.04-mile race at the Saratoga Invitational to take the top spot out of 172… At the Connecticut College Invitational 6K, she finished seventh out of 244 with a time of 22:09... Finished fifth out of 130 harriers at the SUNYAC Championships with a 6K time of 23:41.70... Ran a 22:44.7 in the 6K NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championships to finish 26th in a field of 277.

2011: USTFCCCA All-Region… Second-Team All-SUNYAC… Named team MVP… Won two races throughout the course of the season… Placed first in the 5K at the Vassar Invitational (out of 121 runners), clocking a 19:22… Proceeded to win the New Paltz Invitational the following weekend, topping a field of 62… Charted a 23:07 6K at the Brooks Paul Short Run, coming in 39th out of 386 competitors… Finished as runner-up (in a field of 141) in the 5K at the Hamilton College Invitational, registering an 18:48.8… Earned Second-Team All-SUNYAC honors by virtue of an eighth-place finish (out of 122) in the 6K at the SUNYAC Championships (23:09.84)… Punched her ticket to the NCAA Division III National Championships by ranking 14th out of 256 runners in the 6K at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championships (22:31.0)… Offered a season-best 22:19.36 in the 6K at the Division III national meet, finishing 103rd out of 277 participants.

2010: SUNYAC Commissioner’s List and All-Academic Team member… SUNYAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week (9/20/10)... Finished 15th out of 99 runners in the 5K at the Vassar Invitational, navigating the course in 21:05… Won the 5K at the Bard Invitational, crossing first in a field of 134 competitors with a time of 20:23… Posted a 15:24.01 4K at the Stevens Invitational, taking eighth out of 68 harriers… Registered a season-best 23:33 6K at the Paul Short Invitational, finishing 25th in a 280-person field… Offered her swiftest 5K time of the season at the UAlbany Invitational (19:39.5)… Competed at the SUNYAC Championships, narrowly missing out on All-Conference honors with a 17th-place 23:45.46 6K… Charted a 24:21.8 in the 6K at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championships, taking 77th overall in a field of 236 runners.

2009: SUNYAC All-Academic Team member… Took fifth in the 5K against Mount St. Mary with a 20:58 standard… Placed 18th out of 86 in the 5K at the Vassar Invitational (22:05)… Clocked a 21:28 5K at the Bard Invitational, finishing eighth out of 119 runners… Posted a 24:51 mark in the 6K at the Paul Short Invite… Registered a swift season-best time of 20:18.6 in the 5K at the Albany Invitational, placing 117th out of 193 competitors… Offered a 45th-place performance in the 6K at the SUNYAC Championships, recording a standard of 25:57.58… Boasted a 96th-place finish at the NCAA regional meet, covering the 6K course in a season-best 24:38.6.

Prior to NP: 2009 graduate of Cooperstown Central High School... Earned the Cross Country Award in 2009... Was a cross country All-Star in 2009... Also received the Participation in Government Award and the Robert Welsh Award... Studied in Belgium for a year and speaks Dutch.
