SUNY New Paltz Athletics

2019: Registered a time of 25:28.5 to place 134th at the NCAA Atlantic Regional meet... placed 23rd overall at the SUNYAC Championships after clocking in at 24:48.6... ran a 24:03.2 (158th overall) at the Connecticut College Invitational... registered times of 24:46 (54th) and 26:12.7 (88th) at the Ronald C. Hoffmann Invitational and Purple Valley Classic, respectively... earned first top-10 standing after finishing in 26:56.5 for eighth overall at the New Paltz Invitational... earned a spot on the SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor-Roll. 

High School Accolades: Placed fourth in Section V Class D, earned 63rd overall at NYS Class D Championship, Section V Indoor 3K Champion. 

Personal: From East Rochester, NY... graduated from East Rochester High School in 2019... daughter of Charles Insalaco.
