Athlete Top Times
2018-19: Named Second-Team All-SUNYAC… concluded her Hawks career with two fourth-place finishes in the 400- and 200-yard individual medley with times of 4:38.84 and 2:09.34, respectively, while also claiming fifth place in the 200-yard backstroke (2:08.60) at the SUNYAC Championships… helped the Hawks to a second-place finish in the 400-yard freestyle relay (3:32.25) at the SUNYAC Championships… aided in the Hawks’ new program record in the 800-yard freestyle relay with a time of 8:09.61 at the SUNYAC Championships.
2017-18: Finished second in the 200-yard individual medley, third in the 400 individual medley and 200 backstroke at the SUNYAC Championships... enjoyed 14 first place finishes: On Oct. 28 in the 200 freestyle, 500 freestyle, and 200 individual medley, Nov. 10 in the 200 individual medley, Nov. 17 in the 200 freestyle and 200 individual medley (also came in second in the 200 backstroke that meet), Nov. 18 in the 100 freestyle and 400 individual medley, Dec. 1-3, at the TCNJ Invitational in the 200 backstroke, 200 individual medley, and 400 individual medley, Jan. 13 in the 200 freestyle and 200 individual medley (also came in second in the 200 backstroke that meet), and on Jan. 27 in the 200 freestyle (also came in second in the 500 freestyle and 200 individual medley that meet)... set personal bests in the 200 freestyle (1:57.25), 200 backstroke (2:07.66), 200 individual medley (2:08.91), and 400 individual medley (4:35.84).
2016-17: Named First-Team All-SUNYAC... finished first in the 200 backstroke against Oneonta Jan.18 with a time 2:10.04... finished first in the 200 individual medley at the Geneseo Invitational with a time of 2:14.33... was a part of the first place team in the 400 medley relay event at the SUNYAC Championships with a time of 3:56.60.
Personal: From North Bellmore, NY… Graduated from W.C. Mepham High School in 2015… enjoys scuba diving, sufring and long-boarding... Daughter of Robert and Mary Kaefer.
Fun Fact: “I own a pet California King snake named Salazar Slytherin; I am a Jones Beach lifeguard; I speak a bit of German.”
