Gentsch earned First-Team All-SUNYAC honors in the men’s 8K race at the 2010 SUNYAC Cross Country Championships, hosted by SUNY Oswego at the Battle Island State Park Golf Course in Oswego, N.Y., Saturday, taking sixth out of 125 entrants. He navigated the course in 25:56.42 and led the Hawks to a ninth-place result. Gentsch becomes just the second individual in the program’s history to earn First-Team All-SUNYAC honors.
