Webb defended his conference title in the 400 individual medley (4:13.57) at the 2011 SUNYAC Swimming & Diving Championships from Feb. 10-12 at the Flickinger Aquatic Center in Buffalo, N.Y., and as a result of his success, he was honored with the James Fulton Award, which is given annually to a senior male swimmer/diver based on the following criteria: All-America honors, All-SUNYAC honors, improvement throughout collegiate career and academic achievement. Individually, Webb also finished fourth in the 200 individual medley (1:57.43) and second in the 200 butterfly (1:59.17). He also lent his talents to three relays: the second-place 400 medley relay (3:32.92), the third-place 200 medley relay (1:36.06) and the third-place 800 freestyle relay (7:09.89). New Paltz placed third out of nine teams at the meet.
