Wischoff covered the women’s 6K in 23:09.84 on Saturday at the 2011 SUNYAC Cross Country Championships hosted by New Paltz at Bowdoin Park in Wappingers Falls, N.Y., placing eighth out of 122 runners. Wischoff’s time, which is the second-fastest in program history, earned her Second-Team All-SUNYAC honors, and she is just the second woman in program history to earn All-Conference accolades. As a team, New Paltz tied for its best-ever finish, placing fifth out of 10 squads. This is Wischoff’s second New Paltz Athlete of the Week honor this season.
