Clifford posted her first career double-double on Wednesday evening, scoring 14 points of 6-of-12 shooting and gathering a career-high 10 rebounds in a 72-41 non-league win over Eastern Connecticut State University. In that game, she also collected five steals and dished out two assists. For the year, she is averaging 8.0 points per game, 3.6 rebounds per game and 2.2 assists per game. New Paltz (4-7, 2-2 SUNYAC) resumes SUNYAC action on Tuesday, Jan. 10, as it travels north to face SUNY Potsdam at 6 p.m. in Potsdam, N.Y.
