Lostaglio led New Paltz in a 3-2 week. Playing in four of the five games, Lostaglio batted .429 (6-for-14) with three doubles. In the four games he knocked in five runs and scored three of his own. In the Hawks' April 19 win over Plattsburgh, Lostaglio batted 3-for-4 with four RBI and two doubles. In game one on April 20, he went 2-for-4 with another RBI and a run scored in a 7-0 victory. He hit 1-for-4 in New Paltz's 3-2 win over Plattsburgh in game two with a double and a run scored. Lostaglio is batting .311 on the year, good for third on the Hawks. He has knocked in 13 RBI and has hit six doubles and two triples to take a team lead with a .475 slugging percentage. New Paltz (15-14, 11-6 SUNYAC) next faces non-conference William Paterson University on Tuesday, April 23, at 4 p.m.
