Wolfer ran an 18:12.9 5K at the Saratoga Invitational hosted by the Rensselaer Institute of Technology on Friday, placing ninth out of 173 runners. As a team, Hawks finished third out of 13 teams and topped Vassar College, which currently ranks at No. 5 in the USTFCCCA NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Rankings and 30th in the USTFCCCA NCAA Division III National Poll. New Paltz enjoys a two-week respite from competition before visiting the Rochester area for the Geneseo Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 5.
