NEW PALTZ, NY- The SUNY New Paltz women's volleyball team defeated The Sage Colleges, 3-0 on Wednesday night in the Hawk Center.  The Hawks defeated the Gators by the scores of 25-7, 25-20, 25-16.

Kelly Lavender led the Hawks with nine kills and Brittany Coyle added five kills for the Hawks.  Stephanie Bova led with 19 assists and Kelsey Garmendia added 18 assists.  Kelcey Noble led the Hawks with ten digs and Priska Wilson and Melinda DiGiovanna each had five digs a piece. 

The Hawks improve to 5-4 overall and return to the court this weekend in the Hawk Invitational.  The Hawks play at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. in the Hawks Center against NJCU and John Hopkins.
