NEW PALTZ, N.Y. – The State University of New York at New Paltz women's soccer team will conclude the 2013 season with two home games against State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) opponents on Friday, Oct. 25, at 3 p.m. against SUNY Fredonia and on Saturday, Oct. 26, at 1 p.m. against Buffalo State.

Records: The Hawks enter Friday afternoon's game with a 2-11-3 record (0-6-1 SUNYAC). Fredonia is 4-9-2, 2-4-1. Buffalo State, which has a Friday afternoon game, is 11-4-1, 6-0-1.
Scouting the Hawks: The Hawks had two heartbreaking losses last week, falling to Drew University 2-1 in double overtime and 1-0 to SUNY Oneonta in the closing minutes of the contest... The Red Dragons captured last Saturday's SUNYAC game with an unassisted goal with 6:10 to play...The youthful Hawks, who have 17 players on the roster that are underclassmen, have played five overtime games this season... Scouting Fredonia: The Blue Devils enter this afternoon's game riding a two-game winning streak, having swept Potsdam (3-0) and Plattsburgh (2-1) for their first SUNYAC wins of the season last weekend... Those victories snapped a four-game losing streak and pushed the Blue Devils into a tie for seventh place in conference standings... Fredonia has defeated Penn State-Behrend (2-1) and Elmira (5-0) this season... Fredonia is tied for fourth in the conference in goals scored (18) ... In overall statistics, Fredonia ranks fourth in points with 50, tallying 18 goals with 14 assists...
