NEW PALTZ, N.Y. – After falling, 2-0, at Union (N.Y.) College on Wednesday evening, the State University of New York at New Paltz men's soccer team looks to regroup in its State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) opening weekend, hosting SUNY Cortland on Friday, Sept. 26, at 4 p.m. and SUNY Oswego on Saturday, Sept. 27, at 1 p.m. at the New Turf Field.
RECORDS: New Paltz is sitting at 3-4…The Red Dragons are 5-2, seeking their sixth-straight shutout win… Oswego is 1-5-1, looking to snap a six-match winless streak.

Cortland has defeated Elmira College, Montclair State University, the Rochester Institute of Technology, Ithaca College and the University of Scranton… Senior co-captain goalkeeper Tim Beauvais leads the SUNYAC in shutouts (5) and was named the SUNYAC Defensive Player of the Week for Sept. 15… Cortland earned the No. 2 seed in the 2013 SUNYAC Tournament, falling to SUNY Plattsburgh in the championship match.

Oswego is seeking its first SUNYAC postseason appearance since 2009.
