SCOUTING THE HAWKS (6-7, 4-2): Prior to its loss at Oneonta, New Paltz won four straight games, including a 3-0 SUNYAC week against SUNY Cortland, The College at Brockport and SUNY Geneseo… This marked the longest winning streak under fourth-year head coach

SCOUTING THE BENGALS (8-6, 4-4): Buffalo State is looking to begin a winning streak after its 78-61 victory over SUNY Fredonia on Tuesday… Senior guard Chris Cartwright scored 10 straight points on a key 10-2 run by Buffalo State to help the Bengals grab the lead for good and earn a 78-61 conference victory at Fredonia on Tuesday night… Cartwright led Buffalo State on offense, scoring 24 points and dishing out four assists… Senior forward Chris Thompson recorded a double-double with 17 points and a team-high 10 rebounds and also had five steals… Senior guard Roderick Epps added 12 points and seven rebounds, while senior forward Larry Rivers tallied nine points and seven rebounds… With the win, the Bengals extended their winning streak against the Blue Devils to 10 games.
