POTSDAM, N.Y. – After defeating both SUNY Oswego and SUNY Fredonia on Saturday, the women's volleyball team at the State University of New York at New Paltz moved to 3-0 in SUNYAC play.
The Hawks (9-7 overall, 3-0 SUNYAC) defeated the Lakers 3-1 (25-17, 25-21, 23-25, 25-21) before taking care of the Blue Devils 3-0 (25-6, 25-14, 25-21).
With the three wins this weekend, New Paltz is now 33-1 against Potsdam, Oswego and Fredonia since 2008 including the postseason.

Five players enjoyed double-digit dig performances while seniors
Morgan Roessler (Massapequa, NY/Massapequa) and
Anna Paulik (Wantagh, NY/Wantagh) both tallied 14 kills against the Lakers.
Paulik registered a double-double with 14 kills and a team-high 21 digs. Roessler hit .444 (14-2-27) and contributed six digs, five aces and three solo blocks.
Junior setter
Maddie Zwickl (Chester, NY/Warwick Valley) orchestrated the offense with 49 assists and chipped in with 15 digs. Freshman
Meghan Keyes (Burnt Hills, NY/Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake) recorded seven kills, four aces and 11 digs versus Oswego.

Roessler hit .600 (14-2-20) while junior libero
Veronica Matedero (Hauppauge, NY/Hauppauge) made 21 digs defensively to lift the Hawks past the Blue Devils to close out the weekend.
Paulik and junior
Meg Kinee (Williamstown, NJ/Williamstown) posted 17 and 10 digs, respectively, while Zwickl dished out 37 assists. For the match, the Hawks hit .360 and made just six attacking errors.
