SUNY New Paltz Men's Basketball Lose 97-67 On The Road Against The College at Brockport
Box Score Brockport, NY — The State University of New York at New Paltz men's basketball took its second-straight loss Saturday, falling on the road to The College at Brockport, 97-67.

"We were out-played in every facet of the game today," said Hawks coach Keith Kenney. "We didn't execute our offense or defense."

SUNY New Paltz (7-16 overall, 4-12 SUNYAC) struggled offensively for the second-straight night, scoring just 26 points in the first half. Meanwhile, the Golden Eagles (17-6, 12-4) shot a productive 19-for-33 in the first 20 minutes, propelling a 22-point lead heading into halftime.

The College at Brockport extended its cushion to as many as 31 in the second half and the margin was too much to overcome for the Hawks, who took their 10th road loss of the season.

SUNY New Paltz put three players in double-figure points, with Tristan Wissemann leading the way with 14 points, shooting 5-for-10 from the field, four rebounds and three assists in 23 minutes. Dylan Balducci followed with 11 points, while Brandon Guest added 10 points and six rebounds.

The Hawks are back in action Friday and Saturday, hoping to end the regular season strong when they hit the road to take on SUNY Potsdam and Plattsburgh State. Be sure to follow @nphawks on Twitter and @newpaltzhawks on Instagram and Facebook for updates, scores, recaps and more!
