New Paltz, NY — The State University of New York at New Paltz Wellness and Recreation Department is offering Group Fitness classes in the Spring of 2024.
 
All participants will have to sign up for classes through IMLeagues and check in at the AWC front desk when they arrive for classes. To learn how to sign up for IMLeagues scroll below:
 
SUNY New Paltz will offer Group Fitness classes Monday through Sunday, which includes cycle, yoga, street style dance, cardio dance and more.

How to create your IM Leagues account:

Through your web browser:

• Visit imleagues.com/newpaltz
• Click the green button labeled CREATE ACCOUNT
• Sign in using my.newpaltz.edu credentials
• Fill in all needed information (please provide accurate phone number and emails as this will be used for contact tracing if there is a positive case that is confirmed on campus)
• Register for different workout times through the "Fitness" component or for different intramural events and leagues select the "Intramural" tab.

Downloading IM Leagues through the app store:

• Sign in using my.newpaltz.edu credentials
