Gary Gall begins his first year as the head strength & conditioning coach at the State University of New York at New Paltz in 2013-14 after serving as a strength & conditioning graduate assistant and assistant strength coach at Northern State University in Aberdeen, S.D for two years.

Gall began working at Northern State in August of 2011 and just completed his second season as a strength & conditioning graduate assistant. While there, he successfully oversaw training for 15 NCAA Division II men's and women's collegiate teams; maintained daily operations of the Fitness Center, including the hiring and supervising of a 10-person student staff; designed and implemented strength-training routines and exercise demonstrations and assisted with nutritional planning and guidance for student-athletes.

Prior to Northern State, Gall worked as the head strength & conditioning coach and consultant for the NEPA Miners of the Empire Football League (EFL) from April to August of 2011. His professional career began in November of 2010 when he served as a training and development intern with the U.S. Navy.

Gall is a certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), USAW Level 2 Advanced Sport Performance Coach, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, FMS Level 1 Movement Specialist, Certified Speed and Agility Coach (CSAC), and is a professional member of the NSCA. 

Gall earned his Bachelor of Arts in communication studies from Susquehanna University in 2009 and received his Master of Science in sport performance & leadership from Northern State in 2013. As an undergraduate at Susquehanna, he competed on the Crusaders' varsity football team for four seasons and was a three-year letter winner.
