2009: Clocked a 17:34 in the 5K against Mount St. Mary, taking fifth out of a field of 17… Captured 34th in the 6K at the Vassar Invitational (23:09)… Covered the 8K in 29:51 at the Bard Invitational, finishing 39th out of a field of 125… Charted a time of 29:52 in the 8K at the Paul Short Invitational, finishing 171st… Shaved four seconds off his former season-best in the 8K at the Albany Invitational (29:47.7)… Went a 31:21.21 8K at the SUNYAC Championships… Crossed the finish line 181st in a 296-person field in the 8K at the ECAC Division III Championships.
2008: At SUNY Geneseo Invitational, ran a time of 32:16 in the 8K... Clocked a season-best 31:23 in the 8K at SUNYACs.
