Neisler will begin his first year at SUNY New Paltz as the men’s lacrosse assistant coach during the program's 2019-2020 inaugural season. He will be the Hawks' defensive coordinator, while working on skill development. Neisler will also serve as the program's recruiting coordinator.
Neisler graduated from Lincoln Memorial University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science, with a minor in strength and conditioning. During his four years at LMU he starred on the men's lacrosse team under SUNY New Paltz men’s lacrosse coach Dwayne Stewart, who served as the assistant with the Railsplitters. Neisler then went to Concordia University in Ann Arbor Michigan where he helped as a graduate assistant coach to the men’s lacrosse program, while pursuing his master’s degree in sports and entertainment business.
Throughout college Neisler also served as the head coach for U14 and U13 youth boy's lacrosse teams and helped run intro clinics as a division coordinator, specializing in developmental training.
Neisler grew up in Detroit, Michigan and graduated from Warren Mott High School in 2014. Neisler currently resides in New Paltz, NY.
