2025:  Appeared in 12 games with two starts…went 1-1 overall…finished with an ERA of 4.26 and a WHIP of 1.74…allowed 21 hits, nine earned runs, and 12 walks with 12 strikeouts in 19 innings…held opposing batters to an average of .276 against…season high of four strikeouts against St. Joseph’s (Brkln) on March 26…defensively, totaled six catches, one putout, and four assists for a fielding percentage of .833…earned a spot on the Hawks Academic Honor Roll for the Spring 2025 semester.

High School Accolades: All-League…All-county…Pitcher of the Year…First Team All- Long Island…All-star game player…Smithtown Spring Athlete MVP.

Personal: From Smithtown, NY…graduated from Smithtown West High School in 2024…sister, Meghan, plays volleyball at SUNY Geneseo…enjoys going to the gym, hanging out with friends, and watching the Yankees…son of Matthew and Cara Catania.
