2019: Started 9 of the 16 games she played... Contributed 10 goals, 1 free position, and 8 assists... Fired 33 shots, 21 on goal... Recorded 23 ground balls and 7 draw controls... Cause 13 turnovers... Recorded a season-high 2 goals and 2 assists on March 30 against Fredonia... Earned a spot on the SUNYAC Commissioner's Honor Roll

2018: Participated in and started 13 games...fired off 40 shots, 33 were on-goal, and 12 found the back of the net...also tallied an assist...recovered 29 ground balls, caused 15 turnovers, and controlled 13 draws...named to the SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll.

2017: Named Second Team All-SUNYAC… Selected as the Team MVP… Led the Hawks with 37 ground balls… Chipped in 19 caused turnovers and three draw control wins… Contributed four ground balls in four straight games from March 20-28… Finished with at least two ground balls in 12 of 14 games.

High School Accolades: New York State Champion (2013 and 2015), Sportsmanship Award winner (2015), All-Tournament team (2015), Academic All-American (2015).

Personal: From Port Jefferson Station High School... graduated from Mount Sinai High School in 2015...enjoys napping and hiking... sister, Emily, plays lacrosse at Jacksonville University... daughter of Debra and Paul Seiter.
