2023: Played in 25 matches, appearing in 105 sets, most for the Hawks…totaled 30 points with four kills and 71 assists… led the team with 373 digs for a 3.55 dig/set percentage…a season-high of 27 digs against Geneseo...earned a spot on the Hawks Academic Honor Roll for the Fall 2023 semester... enshrined into the Chi Alpha Sigma National Honor Society. 

2022: Started 17 of 25 matches played, appearing in 85 sets, being 2nd most on the team…had 30 points and 2 kills…was 2nd on the team in digs with 235, averaging 2.76 digs/set…had a career high 20 digs against Brockport on September 23…earned a spot on the Hawks Academic Honor Roll for the fall 2022 and spring 2023 semesters...earned a spot on the SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor-Roll.

2021: Started thirteen of 28 matches played, appearing in 93 sets… totaled 12 points… registered 176 digs, 14 of which were against Geneseo… named to the 2022 SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll… earned a spot on the Hawks Academic Honor Roll for the fall 2021 and spring 2022 semesters.

High School Accolades: 2021 All-Nassau County… 2021 US Marines Distinguished Athlete Award recipient… 2019 Most Valuable Player and All-Nassau County Honorable Mention… 2018 All-Tournament Team. 

Personal: From Mineola, NY… graduated from Mineola High School in 2021… enjoys fitness, nutrition, and photography… daughter of Paul and Sharon Podstupka.
