Gallagher batted .458 (5-for-11) on the week, helping the Hawks to a 3-3 record over the course of the week. Against SUNY Geneseo on Saturday, she went 6-for-8 with a double and four stolen bases, igniting the Hawk attack against the Blue Knights. Gallagher finishes out her career as the program’s all-time leader in batting average (.475) and stolen bases (58). With four stolen bases on Saturday, she matched her single-season program record in the statistical category with 29. New Paltz finishes the 2011 season at 15-19 overall (6-12 SUNYAC).
