Fishman guided the No. 3 Hawks to a 4-0 week in the Midwest, including a 3-0 mark against Top-15 programs. For the spring break trip, the junior recorded 42 kills (3.00 per set) while hitting .400 (42-8-85). Fishman also accrued 18 digs (1.29 per set). At No. 12 Dominican (Ill.) University on Wednesday, Fishman hit .571 (8-0-14). At the No. 15 Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) on Tuesday, Fishman totaled 14 kills and six digs. Wrapping up the trip at No. 8 Carthage College on Wednesday, the junior notched a team-high 16 kills, hitting .419 (16-3-31) to go along with five digs, two solo blocks and two service aces. On the season, Fishman is averaging 1.78 kills per set and 1.14 digs per set. New Paltz (17-3) next visits New Jersey City University on Tuesday, March 24, at 7 p.m.
