OSWEGO, NY- The New Paltz women's lacrosse team fell to the Oswego State Lakers by the score of 17-13 Saturday afternoon. The Hawks score three late goals to pull within three, but Oswego scored with one minute, 15 second to go to hold off the late push from the Hawks. The Hawks fall to 3-11 overall and finish conference play at 0-9.
Samantha DelGaudio led the Hawks with five goals on the afternoon and
Brittany Bennett tallied three goals and one assist.
Julia Donato chipped in with two goals and
Helene Rotolo had one goal and one assist.
Erin Tornatore set-up two goals for the Hawks.
Margaret DeLauter recorded the loss in net, allowing 17 goals and stopping 15 shots.
