CLERMONT, Fla. – The State University of New York at New Paltz softball team (3-2) split results on Tuesday at the NTC Spring Games in Clermont, Fla., besting the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2-6), 9-7, before dropping a 6-1 decision to Buena Vista University (5-7).

The Hawks return to action on Thursday, March 24, as they will take on Kalamazoo College at 9:30 a.m. followed by the University of St. Thomas at 11:30 a.m.
