CLERMONT, Fla. – The State University of New York at New Paltz softball team (5-4) split on Monday at the NTC Spring Games, losing to No. 14 Carthage College, 2-1, before defeating D'Youville College, 10-1, in five innings. The Hawks lost to Carthage on a walk-off single.
