NEW PALTZ, N.Y. – The State University of New York at New Paltz women's lacrosse team travels to SUNY Oneonta on Tuesday, April 21 at 4 p.m. for a State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) contest.
RECORDS: The Hawks are 3-9 overall and 1-5 in SUNYAC…The Red Dragons are 6-9 overall and 3-3 in SUNYAC.
SCOUTING THE HAWKS (3-9, 1-5): The New Paltz women's lacrosse team was defeated by No. 4 Cortland 21-4 in SUNYAC play this past Saturday… The Red Dragons were dominant on the stat sheet overpowering the Hawks in shots (38-6) and draw controls (21-6), while going a perfect 7-for-7 on clear attempts…Senior attacker

SCOUTING THE RED DRAGONS (6-9, 3-3): The Oneonta Red Dragons put up a tough fight against No. 20 Fredonia in SUNYAC play this past weekend, only losing by one goal, 10-9… Senior attacker Jillian Donodeo notched five goals, while sophomore attacker/midfielder Heather Fitzpatrick recorded two goals… Senior midfielder Michelle Genovese and freshman attacker Taylor Casey each added one goal to the close match… Senior midfielder Nicole Boylan, Fitzpatrick, and Casey tallied one assist each… Junior goalkeeper Rori Stark stood her ground in goal making six saves.
