New Paltz, NY – Due to pending inclement weather the single nine-inning baseball game between the State University of New York at New Paltz and The College at Brockport is moved from Friday to Sunday at noon.
The Hawks (7-9 overall, 0-6 SUNYAC) are still scheduled to take on the Golden Eagles in a double-header Saturday, playing one seven-inning and one nine-inning game, also starting at noon. Pending on field conditions the start of Saturday and Sunday's game might get pushed slightly.
SUNY New Paltz is looking to collect its first State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) victory of the season this weekend against Brockport, which currently sits fourth in the conference standings with a 3-6 SUNYAC record.
Before heading back into conference play, the Hawks host Stevens Institute of Technology Wednesday at Loren Campbell Memorial Field at 3:30 p.m.
