SUNY New Paltz Women's Soccer Releases 2019 Schedule

6/20/2019 12:33:00 PM

NEW PALTZ, NY-- Looking for a bounce-back 2019 and earn a spot in the conference playoffs for the first time since 2012, the State University of New York at New Paltz women's soccer team is scheduled to play nine non-conference games to go along with nine SUNYAC matches this coming fall.

The Hawks open up with two games on the road against Dickinson College August 30 and Widener University August 31. SUNY New Paltz's home opener is scheduled for a mid-week game against The College at Old Westbury Sept. 4 at 4:30 p.m. on the South Turf Field, and will remain at home three days later to face Skidmore University at 1 p.m.

Three-straight games against 2018 opponents are next on the docket for the Hawks in 2019, playing Manhattanville College, Fairleigh-Dickinson Florham and Bard College. SUNY New Paltz lost to all three opponents last season in tight 1-0 contests and is undoubtedly looking for redemption in those matches.
