New Paltz, NY -- The State University of New York at New Paltz men's lacrosse program will begin its inaugural season this upcoming year with their regular season starting March 4. First-year head coach
Dwayne Stewart is excited about both the incoming and club players who will help establish a successful program in its early stages.Â
"I'm extremely excited about this incoming freshmen class," said Stewart. "This 2019 class is filled with dynamic athletes who love to challenge themselves on and off the field. With a team filled with freshmen, club members and inexperienced transfers in terms of understanding our system, we will face adversity. I wouldn't want to go to battle with anyone else other than our future Hawks for the 2019-2020 school year. We're all ready to work."Â
