Each week the State University of New York at New Paltz field hockey team will feature an alumna who will talk about their experiences as a Hawk and how being a part of the program influenced them today.

In episode seven, former Hawks forward Alex Gallo, who starred for NPFH during the 2011-2014 seasons, talked about her time in the program.

Gallo helped SUNY New Paltz to State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) titles in 2012, 2013 and 2014. Through her four seasons, she started 14 games and totaled 15 goals in her career.

Gallo also saw her name on the SUNYAC All-Academic Team all four seasons, and earned her way on the SUNYAC Commissioner's List and NFHCA Academic team as a sophomore, junior and senior.
