The State University of New York at New Paltz Athlete of the Week poll is back for the Fall 2022 season! We are allowing the fans, students, campus, and the entire Hawks community decide on who should be the #NPHawks Athlete of the Week. Whichever athlete receives the most votes will be featured on nphawks.com and all #NPHawks social media channels, along with being the special guest on SUNY New Paltz's campus radio show, WFNP's Sports Corner for an interview segment that will be recorded live the following Monday from 8-8:30 p.m.

- Loretta Donovan played outstanding at the Vassar Tournament against top competitors including Vassar, NYU, and Hamilton. Donovan played a total of three doubles match and six doubles matches. In doubles, Donovan and her partner Justine Stanjeko battled back and forth against highly competitive teams putting in solid work over the weekend.
- Natasia Plunkett scored a career high three goals in the game against St. John Fisher this past weekend. Plunkett logged 60 minutes of action while helping lead the Hawks to a 5-3 win over the Cardinals. Plunkett had a game-high six shots with a .600 shooting percentage.
- Tim Kane scored a career-high two goals this past weekend against NYU. Kane's two goals helped lead the Hawks to a 2-1 win over the Violets. Kane also logged a full 90 minutes of action in there two games this past week.
- Parris Burke started both games this past week for the Hawks. Burke scored her first collegiate goal while also logging two assists helping lead her team to 4-0 over Mount Saint Mary.
- Kate Cochran ran a sub-20-minute 5k this past weekend at the Vassar Ron Stonitsch Invite placing second overall to help lead the Hawks and aid in the third-place team standing in the 5k.
- Mia Waddell helped lead the Hawks to four straight set victories this past week. Against Western Connecticut, Waddell led the team with 12 digs and three aces. In the next game against Russell Sage, Waddell led the team with 13 digs while also logging two aces helping lead the Hawks to a 3-0 win. In the last game against Alfred, Waddell led the team with 19 digs while also logging two assists and two aces helping lead her team to a 3-0 win.
