New Paltz, NY — North Turf Field will be open to the public from dusk until dawn for non-athletic events and practices starting Monday, Aug. 25.
 
North Turf hours include Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to dusk and Sunday's from 1:30 p.m. to dusk.
 
However, North Turf Field and the track will be closed during inclement weather, i.e. thunderstorms and lightning and will be closed for the winter when inclement weather arrives or the last day of final exams, whichever comes first. The track will be closed until weather permits consistently during the winter months of January through March.
 
North Turf and the track will additionally be closed for:
*Track closed during all varsity sporting events and practices.
*Track closed during official campus activities.
*No cleats or spikes allowed on the track or turf.
*All unauthorized users will be considered trespassing.
*College ID or Permit required to be shown upon request.
*Use of alcohol or tobacco products is prohibited.
*No pets, bikes, skateboards, scooters, roller-skates/rollerblades. or motorized vehicles permitted.
*No food, gum, or drink permitted (except water).
*Please remove all trash following use
