Mia Baldinger (Women's Soccer):
Women's Soccer player Mia Baldinger was named SUNYAC Offensive Player of the Week, and the stats show why. On Wednesday's game against Farmingdale, she had 2 shots on goal along with an assist. She followed that up with a goal and 4 shots created in Saturday's game against RPI. She was an important asset in helping the Hawks get their first win over the Engineers for the first time in more than 20 years.
Orquidea Briceño (Women's XC):
Finishing the Women's Cross Country 6k in 24:58.3, Orquidea Briceno placed second overall in this week's meet at the Fred Pavlich Invitational.
Reagan Dyba (Women's Volleyball):
Reagan Dyba was both a defensive and offensive threat during Saturday's Misericordia Tournament. In the first game against Misericordia, Dyba tallied a career-high 17 digs, eight kills, two aces, and two blocks. In the second game of the day against William Patterson, she had 4 kills.
Patrycja Filonik (Tennis):
In tennis' weekend sweep over Fredonia and Cortland, Patrycja Filonik was named SUNYAC's Women's Tennis Singles' Athlete of the Week. The freshman won her doubles match against Cortland 6-2, followed by her doubles match against Fredonia 6-0. Against both schools, she won all of her singles matches with a dominant 6-0.
Grace Grant (Field Hockey):
This week, Field Hockey goalie Grace Grant commanded the back of the net. During Wednesday's game against Stevens, she saved five of the seven shots she faced. On Saturday, she had seven saves of the 14 she faced.
Oliver Melara-Perez (Men's XC):
Oliver Melora-Perez was named SUNYAC's Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Week with his first-place performance at the Fred Pavlich Invitational. He completed the Men's Cross Country 8k with a time of 26:43.9.
Alex Wyant (Men's Soccer):
During Wednesday's Men's Soccer game against Stevens, Alex Wyant produced four shot opportunities for himself and had one goal. Then in Saturday's Senior Day Game against St. Joseph's, Wyant totaled a goal, an assist, and three shots.
