Shultis joined the Hawks Athletic Training Staff in the fall of 2024.
He has served as a physical therapist and athletic trainer in college athletics since 2014, graduating from Marist College for both his undergraduate in athletic training in 2014, as well as his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2021. He previously worked as the Associate Head of Athletic Training at Vassar College from 2023-24 following three years in outpatient orthopedics in the Hudson Valley since 2021.
Aside from his main work experience, he was a member of the Sports Medicine team for USA Fencing since 2014 traveling with the USA national team at home and abroad. Shultis also has experience with track and field through the National Scholastic Athletics foundation, working alongside their high school, national and U-20 Championship series since 2018 as well as for USATF, working the summer of 2024 Olympic Trials in Eugene, Oregon.
