SUNY New Paltz Athletics

Wischoff won the New Paltz Invitational on Saturday at Bowdoin Park, covering the 5,500-meter course in 21:54.15 and winning by 46.39 seconds over second-place Lauren Brunetto of SUNY Oneonta. Her performance helped the Hawks capture the New Paltz Invitational title by a one-point margin, and it marks the second week in a row that Wischoff has placed first individually. New Paltz returns to action on Friday, Sept. 23 at the Stevens Invitational.
