Altadonna collected two goals and two assists this past week for the Hawks, lifting New Paltz to a pair of SUNYAC wins and a berth in the 2011 SUNYAC Men's Soccer Championship Tournament. He buried a game-tying goal late in the second half against SUNY Fredonia on Friday, leading the Hawks to a 2-1 victory. He then followed that performance up by being involved with each of New Paltz's three goals in a 3-2 win over Buffalo State on Saturday, offering one score and two assists. On the year, Altadonna has four goals and two assists for 10 points. New Paltz (8-8-1, 4-4-1 SUNYAC) qualified for the SUNYAC tournament for the first time since 2004 and concludes its regular season on Wednesday, Oct. 26, against Drew University, hosting the Rangers at 3 p.m. Prior to the start of the match, the Hawks will honor their 13 seniors. This is Altadonna's second New Paltz Athlete of the Week mention this season.
