Scalise helped the Hawks tie for 47th place at the 2013 NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships from Wednesday through Saturday in Shenandoah, Texas. Individually, she placed 17th in the 200 freestyle with a school-record time of 1:51.84 and took 20th in the 100 freestyle with a 51.76 standard. She swam the freestyle leg on the Hawks’ 15th-place 400 medley relay, which clocked an Honorable Mention All-America time of 3:53.96. In addition, she competed on New Paltz’s 17th-place 200 medley relay (1:47.33) as well as its 21st-place 800 freestyle relay (7:51.40).
