Rosa scored 22 points off 9-of-14 shooting from the field and 4-of-8 shooting from the free-throw line in an 80-63 loss to Middlebury College on Tuesday night at the Hawk Center. Rosa also added six rebounds, four steals and three assists. For the season, he ranks among the SUNYAC leaders in steals per game (tied for second, 2.8), points per game (seventh, 18.2), assists per game (13th, 2.4) and rebounds per game (tied for 25th, 4.8). New Paltz (1-4) opens up its SUNYAC schedule on Friday, Dec. 4, at home with a 7:30 p.m. tilt with SUNY Plattsburgh.
