NEW PALTZ, N.Y. – The State University of New York at New Paltz women's tennis team prepares to take on non-conference Ithaca College on Saturday, April 12, at 1 p.m. at New Paltz's North Tennis Courts. It marks the Hawks' first home match of the 2014 calendar year.
RECORDS: The Hawks enter Saturday's match with an 11-7 mark, while the Bombers are 12-3.
SCOUTING THE HAWKS (11-7): On Wednesday, April 9, in Hoboken, N.J., New Paltz came back from a 2-1 deficit heading into singles play to defeat the Stevens Institute of Technology by the score of 6-3… The Ducks won 8-3 at flights one and three of doubles, while the Hawks' doubles team of junior

SCOUTING THE BOMBERS (12-3): The match against the Hawks will be the Bombers' first match since March 14… Ithaca last fell to Missouri Valley College, 5-4, in Hilton Head, S.C… The Bombers held an early lead, but Missouri Valley won three singles matches in a row to clinch the victory.
