NEW PALTZ. N.Y. - The State University of New York at New Paltz women's tennis team split its weekend matches at SUNY Plattsburgh and RPI this weekend, defeating the Cardinals 9-0 in State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) East Division action before falling at RPI 7-2 in non-conference play.

The Hawks move to 4-1, 3-0 SUNYAC East and will take part in the Vassar Doubles Scramble Tournament tomorrow, Sunday, Sept. 18 starting at 8:30 a.m.
