West Point, NY — The State University of New York at New Paltz women's tennis team was on the road this weekend for their second tournament of the 2023-2024 season at the Vassar Season Scramble hosted by Vassar College. The weekend's matches were relocated to the indoor courts at the United States Military Academy on account of the weather.    

"Great weekend of high-level tennis saw our Hawks compete against Vassar NYU Hamilton and West Point. This high level of play will help prepare us for the upcoming week of conference play. Really proud how we competed pushing both new Paltz and our opponents to play some great tennis in both doubles and singles," said Coach Rob Bruley. 

 
The Hawks will return on September 13, when they host SUNYAC foe SUNY Oneonta on the North Tennis Courts. The matches will commence at 3:00 PM.
